The menu offers the excellences of our territories following the natural seasonality, evolving and transforming itself regularly to combine the best products of the period with our most characteristic dishes.
With the selection of our most characteristic and identifying dishes, we have created a tasting trail that will allow you to savour different combinations and delicacies, but also to sample dishes from past menus that are no longer on the à la carte menu.
For group bookings of more than 6 diners, the tasting menu is compulsory.

*All pasta, except where explicitly indicated, is produced by Ristrot Guviol. In order to guarantee maximum safety for the consumer, the product undergoes a pasteurisation and slaughtering process as required by current legislation, Regulation 852/2004.
° The product we buy is fresh and not frozen at source, so it is always treated by us with the aim of guaranteeing maximum consumer safety by subjecting it, if necessary, to a slaughtering process in compliance with the regulations dictated by Regulation 852/2004
